William PC Marsh is a Queens-based, Boston-raised writer and IATSE Local 161 assistant production coordinator; having received a student Emmy award from the Southeast division of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for his work in narrative branded content, and having thrice received recognition by the Academy’s Northeast division for work in short form content. Additionally complimented with international festival wins for comedy, original story, and writing for animation, Marsh takes hold of a refreshingly genuine (and near pedantic) standout comedy voice.

With previous work, Marsh has taken the opportunity to write and direct for narrative film, live theatre, stand-up, improvisational, and sketch comedy, documentary, and multi- platform marketing— covering the gamut of both conventional and emerging platforms. Marsh’s BFA in film and television production from the Savannah College of Art and Design, with a minor in dramatic writing, is compounded by his years of studio experience as an executive assistant and production team member for production companies like HBO, Netflix, and NBCUniversal.

Co- executive produced by Birdstreet Production’s James Costa, HOLY SHITTER tells the story of a young teen who, attempting to appease the in-crowd from school, steals a bottle of liquor from a gas station convenience store and retreats to their bathroom, only to accidentally enter into a makeshift bathroom stall confessional booth operated by the owner’s daughter. A young adult comedy, 15 minutes.

This SCAD senior capstone film pushes the limits of what is capable at a student production level, while serving as a vehicle for unique comedy, genuine emotion, and a vulnerable exploration of adolescence.
